NVQ Level 2
Operative Level
For site operatives and tradespeople demonstrating core construction skills. Leads to a Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card.
NVQ Level 3
Supervisory Level
For site supervisors and chargehands overseeing teams on site. Leads to a Gold CSCS Supervisor card.
NVQ Level 6
Management Level
For construction managers and project managers. Leads to a Black CSCS Manager card.
NVQ Level 7
Senior Management
For senior managers and directors in construction. The highest level of NVQ qualification available.
